In our individual sessions we work on an individual basis helping people and their horses feel better about what they want to be doing together. We can work on the ground or under saddle, at all levels and in all disciplines. 

Our  seminars are live tutorials with a horse. Participants audit. It’s an open Q&A format where Alexandra works with a horse(s) and talks through how and what she’s doing and feeling. We explore the subtleties in which horses express themselves as well as how to help them feel better by developing understanding and tools to down regulate

1-3hrs of interactive exercises with human partners developing internal feel, softness and intent.
